There are two steps to this process

1. Buy your domain name and setup your DNS to point to ZipZoomAuto (intructions here)
2. Configure your ZipZoomAuto account so that it knows that you just bought a new domain.

This document deals with step 2 and assumes that you've done step 1 correctly.

Now, let's proceed and tell ZZA that we bought a new domain name.

Steps

1 . Log into your ZZA account like you usually do.

2 . Click on the Settings link located in the top right corner

3 . Click on Domain Settings located in the right section.

4 . Click on Add A Domain

5 . Type in your new domain name. Make sure to type in www. before your domain name. For example: www.mycooldealership.com

6 . Press Add Domain and make sure your domain shows up in the list of domain.

7 . Now you're done! You can test if everything worked out by typing your new domain name in your browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox). You should see your dealership's website.

If you want your new domain to be your main domain name, click on make primary on the right side of your domain name. Doing so will:

1. Make all your ads point to your website using the primary domain instead of any other ones.
2. If you have Analytics configured, you need to make sure that your primary domain is the one that your analytics provider knows about. Otherwise, your site won't be tracked correctly.
