Billing Terms & Conditions
Trial Period
Upgrading from a free to a paid plan ends your free trial. Once you upgrade you'll be charged for your first month. You'll continue to be billed every 30 days until you cancel the service (at which point I won't be charged anymore).
Refunds
ZipZoomAtuo offers a free 15-day trial. If you cancel before upgrading to a paid account, you won't be billed at all. We won't even ask you for your credit card information in your trial period.
If you cancel after you are billed, you'll be responsible for those charges. For example, if you are billed on the 15th of May and you cancel your account on the 17th of May, then are responsible for the period from May 18th to June 15th. So it's best to cancel a day before your billing day.
Accounts that upgrade their plan from trial to paid will be charged on the day they upgrade their account. For example, if you're on your 10th trial day and you decide to upgrade then, you'll be charged on that day for the upcoming month.
You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
