ZipZoomAuto Upload setup in Frazer:

Please make sure that you are running Version 3.1883 or higher of Frazer in order to have the ZipZoomAuto Upload option available. The Updates menu will tell you the current version and also allow you to install the latest version if needed. Step 1

Click Vehicles, then 8 – Vehicle Uploads:

Click on the Setup or Review your upload options tab (once the ZipZoomAuto Upload is enabled, the ZipZoomAuto Setup button text will be colored blue):

Click the ZipZoomAuto Setup button. On the setup screen, check the box to enable the upload, enter the ZipZoomAuto Dealer ID (I would recommend a copy/paste here… you will need to use Ctrl+V to paste into Frazer)... then click Save:

Your ZipZoomAuto Dealer ID is the same as your ZipZoomAuto API key. This can be found in the Account tab under Users. Choose the API Key for the account owner or someone who'll always be a user in ZipZoomAuto. The API key is case sensitive.

Note: All previous steps only need to be done once. After the initial setup, only uploads are needed. Should you receive a feed that has broken photo URLs, you can force the photos to upload again by clicking the Need to upload all photos to ZipZoomAuto.com again? button. Upon doing so, you will see the following screen:

Clicking the Force Frazer to Upload ALL inventory photos, including those already uploaded. button will reset the uploaded status of the photos and you will need to upload again the next time you perform a ZipZoomAuto upload. Photos do upload to our server, but we find it makes it less confusing to dealers if we just use your name again on this screen & previous button.

Step 4

To perform the upload, click Vehicles, then 8 - Vehicle Uploads:

Click the ZipZoomAuto Upload button. Note that the Process ALL Active Uploads button will also include the ZipZoomAuto upload as long as it’s enabled.
Upon a successful upload, the date & time in parenthesis will be updated on the ZipZoomAuto Upload button on the Vehicle Uploads screen shown above. This can be helpful in troubleshooting outdated feeds.
