How do I activate or update OVE listings?

Step 1

Login in to ZipZoomAuto

Step 2

Go the Settings section

Click on Venue Settings

Step 4

Scroll down to where it says OVE then enter your Seller Universal Number (Five Million Number). If you don't have it, please email manheimovesupport@coxinc.com with your dealership name and
address and they'll send it to you.

Step 5

Click on Save. A pop up will come up indicating that your OVE settings have been saved.

Step 6

Click on Inactive so it turns to Active. After this step your vehicles will be sent to OVE.

The following steps are performed if you want to activate or modify OVE listings through ZipZoomAuto.

Step 1

From the Settings link, click on Inventory

Hover over Auto-posted to for the car which you want to send over then click on OVE

Now, you can add all the extra info!
